You can't compare a 5/8 Le Grelot wedge with a meat chopper 7/8 or 8/8. The quarter-hollow/wedge Le Grelot is not that heavy because, well, it's a 5/8! If it measured 7/8 or 8/8 it would weight considerably more, of course.
The Le Grelot is not and doesn't feel like a meat chopper. It feels more like a Wapi.
