    Default New dovo from Charles Nicholls

    My new dovo imitation mother of pearl arrived today from Charles Nicholls, and strangely enough appears to be properly honed and ready to shave with. takes hair off my arm no problem and can cut a hanging hair. I expected it to be blunt...like my other dovo when it arrived. Im wondering if i should get someone to hone it anyway (to be sure!!!!) Cant shave with it yet as i only shaved before it arrived!!
    Anyone have similar 'shave ready' experiences with charlesnicholls.co.uk??

    The best test is shave test.shave with it and see how you like it.then you can decide what is next step

    Typically when a razor passes the hanging hair test is sharp enough to shave. You could use ultimate test, the shave test and decide whether it needs further honing. At this point, you have nothing to lose. let us know how you make out.
