I have a Frioudur coming after reading that they are good razors but have not tried them yet.

I have one and find it to be a great shaver. Close and smooth shave time and time again. It's easy to reach for it. Enjoy it.

It's a really lousy blade. Please send it to me so no-one else will cut themselves. I'll work really hard to bring some life back into it!!

Zwillingswerk is the older carbon steel blades, Frioudurs are the newer ice hardened stainless blades. Both are very good, I have a selection of both and enjoy using them.

Thanked: 0let me know what you think of the pix. It's the first restore I have done.
Only been shaving shaving with straights for about 1 year.
And for some reason i just keep looking around for more razors.

Henckels are great razors. You'll love it. Where's the wedge? It looks interesting without, but you may find the scales try to twist a bit. They're very thick too, but it should float if you drop it! Nice job mate!
