Thanked: 4Apologies to Tim Zowada
On another thread, I mentioned something about Tim Zawoda not getting back to me in a timely fashion and remarked on what I felt was an indicator of poor customer service. I have since been in contact with him and realize that it was simply some time constraints on his part and we are in contact now and I am happy with that. I attempted to edit my post, but cannot for some reason. I believe that everyone is entitled to the benefit of the doubt until PROVEN otherwise and I made a mistake by remarking on that so soon and publicly in a forum which he is an apparent avid poster. I feel terrible about that and so I am making this post in hopes of rectifying my mistake. I offer my humble apologies and look forward to working with a true artist .

Thanks for sharing the positive.
We all get involved with so much work and our private life it's sometime hard to keep track but we all get the job done.
Tim is a true artist. Good luck with your custom.

Thanked: 45Tim is a gentleman and also happens to make the finest razors in the world (IMHO). I'm glad you sorted this out.
