I bet it's doable... well the LED's at least. It shouldn't be too hard to find one of those cards that plays music when opened up, incorporate that into the scales (maybe the wedge) and seal it all up to make it waterproof.
I'm not sure if you'd be able to get sound through the sealing, and you'd be SOL after the battery dies (unless you find it worth the effort to crack it open and reseal to replace the battery.
So, who's gonna accept this outlandish challenge?
