    Default New Razor Acqs!

So, tell me what you think!

First up, a Phil Eisemann of Lancaster, PA razor that I found at an old antique store. It was $35, and didn't have too bad of a hone wear, so I figured I'd get it. What really tipped the scales were, harhar, the scales! It came pretty much shave ready, just needed a little stropping.

Next, a strange razor which seems to have a bad case of schizophrenia. It is marked on the scales, "Will Inspection" with a dancing bear in between the two words, and the blade is marked "Boebinger H. W. Co.", but the tang is stamped "T. Hessen-Bruch & Co", and on the reverse is stamped "Perfection Warranted".

I also was able to pick up an Easiway Razor Hone, which seems to be working just fine on my Sheffield that needed some touching up.

So, does anyone know anything about these razors? I didn't get much from Google.

    T. Hessen Bruch & Co. razors are great. They take an easy edge, hold them well, and shave just great. I have two and really like them.

The dancing bear I think is part of a play on words: "Will Bear Inspection". Get it? It's a good razor, so it can bear your inspection and come out with high grades.
