Ruined Dorko scales

I guess this was bound to happen sooner or later. I was rinsing off some razors after soaking them in barbicide. we'll i guess the water must have been too hot and warped the scales on my Dorko which sucks because it is a really nice looking razor and shaves great. The scales are warped on both ends, making the razor open very easily and it has to be closed slowly to avoid damaging the edge. Tried soaking in hot water again to bend it back, but it appears to have made the material in the scales shrink a little. The razor is the one on the left in the picture. Anyone know where I can get some Dorko scales other than ebay? I'm just worried about damaging the razor with the warped scales. Thanks in advance for inputs,
