Henckles Question
Howdy,
Regarding Henckles SRs, what is the difference between the label "eisgehartet" and "Friodur Inox". Both razors look the same to me. I know eisgehartet is ice tempered, but is there more to it than that?
What does one of these go for now retail? I can't even find them marketed at their corporate website!
Thanks,
Alpsman

Not Sure
I am not sure but think these are one in the same.
The Henckels Friodur razors are stainless ice hardened steel. I believe inox means stainless and eisgehartet means ice hardened as you said. Friodur is I believe a Henckels trademark for ice hardened stainless steel.
Maybe someone will come in and verify or correct this.
Rick

I've seen a few NOS friodur Inox's lately on ebay going for 175 (but that's new condition).
