I wouldbe surprised if that razzor was ever used. If you want a boker, at that price I would buy a new one, though like I said That razor does not look like it has been used to me. I think it would be worth about $150 if I could affford it or get it for that becaus eit is one beautiful razor.
Go For IT!
Alas, I had to let it go... what a shame. I can't justify dropping that kind of money on razors yet.
But you know what's a bigger shame? This one (definitely more used looking) went for $36.

I have NEVER had a Bad Vintage Boker and I dont have any new ones but the Vintage Boker is one of the Best Buys out there IMO. They take a great edge and have a good smooth feel. If the new ones are as good they have made a heck of a razor.
Unfortunately the seller is not being honest so I'd advise caution. He claims there is no rust or pitting yet it's clearly visible on the tang.
You can buy my King Cutter for whatever that one sold for. :D
I have a new generation Böker "The Celebrated". I've also had old generation Bökers. Böker razors are all great!
Those of us who have the TI Pierre Thiers LE will tell you they outshave the new ones by a wide margin and some of their other offerings made from vintage blanks are superior too.
Too often we make the assumption that new technology is the most important factor which trumps fabrication skill. That assumption is foolhardy as the passengers on the Titanic would tell you if they could.
