Thanked: 0I've got a drawer full after only being into this for a few months. Guess I got hooked? Thanks guys. Hope my wife doesn't look in that drawer too often......
I can only use the line about the 7 day set so many times....

Thanked: 45I feel rather eccentric after reading this - I have around 200, and have started to give them away to deserving straight razor friends as I know I can't justify holding onto all of them.

Thanked: 1I began straight shaving since last november. Got a bad case of RAD and have twenty razors-with a wostenholm pipe and a henckels coming this week.
I really have enjoyed shaving with different types of razors and initially my preferences changed with the wind.
Now i prefer 5/8ths to 11/16 full hollows.
After this week any new blades purchased means one has to go (I hope)
this may prove difficult as i like the aesthetics of the blades not currently in rotation.

Upwards of 400.....lol.....probably half of those need some kind of work done, either honing or scales or just a good cleaning.....

Joined this place in April of this year and now have 14. That's 8 that I use and I have 6 out for Resto/honing. Wife is about to kill me! In her words, "Why would you need more than one, certainly no more than two."

I have three. I shave with one mainly but the other two will see more use when I get sick of my daily, if that ever happens...I see no reason to have an insane amount of razors. Why have them if they are not going to get used. Let some other person enjoy them instead of them sitting around collecting dust.

I need a minimum of 7, one per day. You know just to make sure that the all have the proper rest before the next shave.

Thanked: 293Finally up to 7:
1. W&B 11/16 Medium Size Hollow Ground
2. W&B 11/16 Unclassified
3. Robert Klaas 11/16 "AM"
4. Geo. Wostenholm "Peerless" Etched
5. Geo. Wostenholm "Peerless" Gold Etched (one of these will go on the classifieds once I shave with each of them).
6. Boker Red Injun 101
7. Henckels Twinworks Friodur #451 (which goes out to SRD for honing tomorrow)
If anybody wants to make an offer for one of the Peerless etched, they're each 9/16 and you can find a picture in the wiki database. PM me if interested.
