    I ordered one from the classifides. I found a few on ebay but were much more expensive. THanks guise

    Are those actually Wapis? Are they made with the same steel or ground by the same people? I thought the Wapis were stamped "SFK," not "SFM" as these are.

    I've got one of those, from Steve Dempster at the invisible edge. It's a nice razor and it's got an sfm mark. The thing gives me a good shave.

    I hate to say this without a source to verify, but I thought I read something on here once about the Wapis changing their stamp/nomenclature in some of their late production?

    Anybody who can confirm this? I'll look around a bit too...

    Steve Dempster states (or at least when I picked up mine) on his site that he's got some "old" stock. Presumably better, but I have no experience with other wapis.

    They are Wapi II's I understand. Sadly, he doesn't think he can get anymore "metal" ones, luckily I did get one though.

    I wouldn't mind a 'metal' wapi, maybe in a couple months.

    You should put that quote in context silver.
