Leader?
What does it mean if the scales have a bolster thats a castle and says leader?
The razor is not a FWE, it is an "Imperial Razor, Warranted, Registered 20507, Germany" I'm guessing this means it is a rescaled imperial?

The scales on my FWE are like that. If it is the same then yes it is rescaled. Unless it is a variation and not exactly like the FWE ?
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

do you happen to know if the handle is an odd brown/yellow striated color if these could be horn? in whihc case I would possibly buy htis razor simply for the scales?

That is the color of my Leader but they are celluloid not horn.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.
