    A Wostenholm Wedge of approximate age of 200 years.
    Made in Sheffield, England. Very nice!

    Great catch!
    Now you let it get honed professionally from one of the honemeisters here.
    Then study the Wiki for the beginners stuff on wet shaving, maybe buy a nice soap and by the time its back from honing you know it all and be able to start right away.

    Try a fella who goes by the SRP handle as "UTOPIAN". He recently honed a W&B and a Columbia razor for me. You will be pleased with his work.
