Thread: Razor ID Help

Anybody know which brand has an icon of a rooster wearing a crown sandwiched between two C's? There's no writing at all on the razor, so its kind of hard to tell anything about it.

Sorry, I can't help with the identification at all. I'm surprised, however, that someone else hasn't chimed in already with a scan from a book which shows the hallmark/maker's mark and a short description of the manufacturer.

I did a bit of web crawling in the hope of finding information on the mark, but had no luck. Hopefully this bump will bring the thread to the attention of one of the resident razor historians, who always seem to have the perfect reference material to identify most razors that are brought up.

Thanks for your words, Strapped. I'm also surprised that no one's replied already, either its a brand no one has encountered before or there's too little information to go on. But info or not, its a good razor. I got it to pass HTT on my first honing attempt.
