Any ideas who made this razor?
There is the interlocked rings on the tang with the text Real Cast Steel stamped on it. Made in Solingen Germany.

I am not sure, because placement of the rings is a bit another. But ...
Gottlieb Hammesfahr - 1804-1971.
Brands: Pyramide (1904 №74263), Gottlieb Hammesfahr, Foche(1904 №72298), Gottlieb Hammesfahr, Solingen-Foche (1904 также №72298), Pyramid (1904 №77789), Nirosta, No Rusteel.
Trademarks: two rings (1897 №27547), a pyramid with a cross (1898 №30394), a cross over two rings (1899 №31456). RZM a code: M7/67. A wartime code: cvp allocated in March 1941.Alex Ts.

I'm not an expert, but based on my limited scope that razor looks too nice to be that old. The stamping is consistently deep and precise (something I haven't seen on my older razors) and it is just in too good of a shape.
My 2 cents.
