I saw it listed as a razor from the 1500s on an online ancient items auctionhouse several months ago. There were also some of the older curved razors from Greek and Roman times. For all I know, it's just a neck knife

[2nd Edit: ok below is one you are looking for maybe that looks like a small hatchet and is from the 1690 period. B.C. though ]

I believed whomever dated this was just guessing. Then I looked at the link and saw it was a museum and seller of antiquities.
