Thanked: 6Update on my Genco: I went to the barber shop today for my weekly high and tight shape up, and Andy told me my razor would have made a pretty good butterknife. He showed me the work on it though, and he has the bevel set and is getting it to where it needs to be. He says it should be ready next week. He says it's a good razor though. As soon as I get it I'll post up pics. I did notice that mine is stamped different than the pictures others have submitted of their Henry's X's. Mine has it all in little writing on one side of the tang, and it says Henry X as opposed to the Henry's X someone posted. I don't know difference it makes, but I'll post it when I get it back. Thanks.

Thanked: 6Update: I got it back today, and Andy did a fine job honing it up for me. I'll post pictures in the next day or two. Thanks!

Your Henry's X, unlike the vast majority of full hollow Genco razors, is a half hollow grind and has a much stiffer edge. Which some find easier to learn to shave with.
You might want to try out a full hollow Genco later on. As far as I know, Gencos other than the Henry's series and the Seneca Chief (3/4) are full hollows.
FYI, Mr. Henry was an exec with Geneva Cutlery (Genco).
