I found in local antique store this razor. Owner of store don't have any information about this STR. Question is any one now something about?

Is there any mention on the tang where the steel is from? For example is it from Sheffield or Solingen? If it is then it's probably good as long as there's no cracks in the blade or other major forms of damage.

No nothing on the tang, no cracks or any other damage. I just want to now how made this STR county or company. Any way thank you for help.
