Negative, but if you accidentally mis-spelled the name (Bleckman vs. Bleckmann), this might be the manufacturer (and you will find quite a bit of info - including pictures - using google):
    J. E. Bleckmann, Solingen 48
    Gegründet 1808 o Fabrik und Export-Geschäft.
Abt. I: Sämtliche Solinger Stahlwaren, Messer, Scheren, Rasiermesser usw.
Abt. II: Alle Arten Werkzeuge, Zangen, Feilen, Sägen usw.
    Abt. III: Haus- und Küchengeräte.

I just picked up one from the local Salvo's store.

It says Bleckman (don't think there's an extra n) and Made in Germany (or German made- I'll check later, I don't have it front of me).

Also found following link that might be related:

There's a Bleckman Solingen marking in this list.

Will describe my razor later when I'm at home.

    All the best,
    Michael.

    Corrections to description:

    On tang:
    Bleckman

    German make

Has Bow and arrow symbol on tang.

Blade - seems in good condition - tarnished and needing a hone.
    Scales - black and chipped

VERY interesting information - thank you! Where do you come up with such obscure stuff?

Here is another web page with RZM codes and German makers marks: http://germandressdaggers.com/Maker%20marks.htm

There is a thread "razor in your language" somewhere. It helps. In this case, asking google for "bleckman +rasiermesser" did the trick.

    Default Correction to correction!

I've got a Bleckmann - not a Bleckman. The extra 'n' was hidden by the scales and lots of tarnish. (So now there are 2 Aussies with Bleckmanns!)

Just got it back from Oz / Onimaru 55, who has cleaned it up properly and given it a hone - looking very nice now. I'm looking forward to my first shave with it in the morning.

    All the best,
    Michael.
