Default Anyone have any history on this razor?

I was at my local antique shop and saw a razor that I have not seen before.
If anyone has any information, I would be interested in reading it.

    Razor: Liana, Bo-Ras-Ic
On the back it says "Made in Germany
Scales are black and it has a nice lattice engraving near the jimps. Yes it has jimps both top and bottom.
    Thanks,

Never heard of this one but one thing to keep in mind is that many many companies have the razor makers of Solingen make razors for them.
If it's German and made in Solingen it's a good razor.

    BO-RAS-IC - a trademark used by Smith & Hemenway since 1904.
Smith & Hemenway existed 1896-1936 in New York City.
I think the company was engaged in import of the goods from Germany.

I know this has been dead a while, but I was in one of the antique shops and saw the same razor, except with a sort of teal coloured pearloid type of scale. It was nice and I was tempted to buy it just from seeing Solingen on it, but I wanted to see if there was any info on it before I pulled the trigger.

The one I saw also had "extra extra hollow" engraved on the blade, and man, it looked the part.
