Thanked: 317Monday morning shavers.
I didn't shave over my 3 day weekend, so when it was time to get ready for work today, I had some serious mountain man face.
As soon as I filled up my scuttle, I reached for my favorite "Monday morning shaver."
For me, it's a 4/8 klas tornblom frame back. There's nothing "really special" about it, except that I've found it does better than all my other razors when it comes to cleaning up a mess from going days without shaving.
So, how many of you guys have "that one razor" you always reach for if you've gone scruffy and you really need an extra clean shave? And of course, what is your Monday morning shaver?Last edited by VeeDubb65; 07-16-2009 at 01:52 AM.

For me it's a Wade Wingfield & Rowbothom 6/8ths quarter hollow with a french point. It aint pretty. but it really gets the job done.

Thanked: 317A French point is one of the ones still missing from my collection. I've yet to find one that jumps out at me.

Thanked: 317I'm detecting a pattern. Two 1/4 hollows and a frameback. Seems like we're leaning towards stiffer razors that still have a little hollowing.

On Monday morning, I need a pistol, but not razor.
