Simmons Keen Kutter and Winchester are they twins?
For some reason I got a feeling that Simmons Keen Kutter’s and Winchester razors are made in the same facilities. They may be not twins, but brothers for sure. This baby feels exactly the same like my Winchester razor.

It wouldn't surprise me. Wow, you battled the collectors of all memorabilia Keen Kutter and came out on top with a Keen Kutter razor? Congrats. I've never liked the idea of bidding against a Keen Kutter collector on a razor only to find that they're willing to pay much more than I am and only to probably put the razor on a shelf next to their Keen Kutter apple peeler, Keen Kutter hammer, Keen Kutter crescent wrench and Keen Kutter napkins.
Nice looking razor!

So,
in 1922, Simmons merged with Winchester Arms Company, forming what was known as the Winchester-Simmons Company.
In 1929, the Winchester-Simmons firm was dissolved, and each went its own way.
May be, the razor in the first post was manufactured by the Shapleigh Hardware of St.Louis during 1940 - 1960.Alex Ts.

Simmons imported blades; they didn't make them. So it is possible that other importers brought in blades from the same manufacturer(s) or that the manufacturer(s) also made and sold their own blades.
I know that Simmons imported from both England and Germany, and they may have imported from more than one manufacturer in each country.
