Thread: Anybody heard about them? Are they good? (H.H. Hill & Rennak)

Picked up two str8s today. Both are German made. The first is a H.H. Hill (Solingen, Germany), it says "Maestro" on the other side.
The other one says "Rennak" and the number 401, and Germany on the other side.
Are they any good brands?? I have never heard of either of them.
Please, let me know.

I didn't hear such brands. May be, some razors pictures would be help.

Well, nobody heard about them?? I am wondering if I picked up something good or crap. If I can, I will post a few pictures by the weekend.

Pics would be good. I have seen the 401 blade in some older Henckels and they were killer shavers. Very delicate blades. Wonder if this is the same.

Vintage German razors are usually a safe bet. I would not worry just because the brands may be unfamiliar.
