    Default no-stain henckels

    i've seen henckels with "no-stain" marked on the blade. does this mean they are stainless steel?

    yes, I think their Fridur line is all stainless might be wrong though.

    Friodur's are indeed stainless, & no-stain on the shank will probably have inox alongside it too. They're very nice indeed & I find them fairly smooth too.
