    Thanks a lot for your responses. I guess part two of the question would be, who should I send it to to have it honed? In your opinion, who would you send it to if it was yours?

    From what I have read on here, any of the guys that offer a honing service will be top notch, I do know you cannot go wrong with Lynn or Bart, but as I said theres some very talented guys on here

    Very healthy looking razor with little, if any, apparent wear, judging from pics.
    Should serve you well once honed up.

    That is a once nice find!!!!!! If it feels sharp, go for it. You may want to get it professional honed first just to insure you get it off to the right start.

    Wow, finding one like that at a garage sale is awesome!

    I don't think you can go wrong with anyone offering honing services on the forum. Some people have even offered free honing.

    Might want to consider where you're located and just pick the honemeister closest to you.
