I hear you Chris, I took a look at the wrapping but it seems like the wax/instruction paper might pull apart.

I think I'll just sell it with a refund available if it turns out rusted. I personally would really like being the first to unwrap a razor (I know, I've got the chance now but I can't pull the trigger)

Yes, I think you are right. At the time IIRC there was some hubub on the forum as to why a guy would pay that much and he posted explaining why he wanted the razor enough to invest that much in it.

I think from a standpoint of NOS value, it is worth NOS value wrapped or unwrapped. I always prefer to see the blade. Having the wrapper and box is nice, but I usually hone up and use every razor I buy. I have a old large WorldMaster that is still in the plastic with the tag attached and I had to open that and look at the blade. Still not honed.

All Bresduck/Pearlduck razors are very good shavers.

Sorry, Alex. I thought the Dubl Duck and Jimmy and I made reference to, the one that was mint NOS and still sealed, was won by an SRP member in Israel. My memory is not always spot on, however.

Good enough that if I had 2 I would keep them.

Chris, no problem. But it's very interesting, I never heard about another SRP member from Israel.
