Ebay has ruined people chances for people who want a good razor to get one
Here I am looking on Ebay for a new/used razor to USE. And of course I have to compete with some peon who has unlimted income at their disposal. Me like many others cant get a good razor because we are not willing to sink much money into something just because it has the word vintage attached to it. Seems like the razor market has been ruined by collectors and ebay alike. Another good example is when I walk into an antique store and see a razor. I will ask the seller why he wants 60.00 for it and as usual I will get the blank stare. You know the stare right ? The I don't have a f*****g clue stare a shop owner will give you. They didn't use a price guide or have it appraised but they can tell you its worth 60.00 and to tell you the truth he prob bought it for way less or obtained it through a low bid at an estate auction( just using a recent experience ). Vintage, Rare, Unique or otherwise these razors are not worth what people are paying for them. Just my little rant.
