Thread: NEWBIE HERE! Found a razor?

Hi
My in laws literally gave me a wooden box full of Straight Razors a few months ago when they came to visit from England.
I will post some pics of some for ID but one of them I have says the following:

English
Royal Colonade
Brighton

The handle appears is ivory colored. Appears to be plastic or Bone cant tell.
I will post pics later but off hand has anyone heard of this? Is it a brand? There is a hotel in brighton UK with that name maybe they sold them?

Welcome to SRP. We'd love to see pictures of razors around here. I had a full beard myself last Winter. If you decide to shave with them, you'll find a lot of useful information here as well as a lot of help. Sorry I don't know anything about the razor you mentioned but others may.
