8/8 Square point "Doble Temple"

Does anyone have one? If so, what do you think of it? I am thinking of getting one but, everyone seems to have the 6/8 round. I was wondering why there are so many more of the round 6/8 (13's)? Are the the 8/8 square points the black sheep?

I kind of like the big guy here 8/8 oooh scary.

Are you referring to the Filly 14 (I don't remember how big they are offhand). If so, I have one. She's a nice razor, I quite like her. Actually, now that I think about it, I don't think she's 8/8...

The person told me 8/8 i guess it could be a 14 or 15. What is the 13 considered?

The 13 is about 6/8. I don't think I've ever heard of a Filly 15, but that certainly doesn't mean they don't exist.

Well, maybe this one is a 14 then. I was simply told it was an 8/8. Do you think it has the same mystical qualities as the 6/8 round points?

Well I've not shaved with the Filly 13, but my 14 is a fantastic shaver. There are also lots of guys using the "barber dura's" in the SOTD, and they all seem to love them (especially maxamilian). There was also the thread about the "filly that punches above it's weight." So yes, I think you can be sure that any Filly will be a top notch shaver.

May be you are talking about this ones? they are wonderful shavers. takes so sharp edge.

yes they do have #14 and it is 8/8
