    Default Shumate Butler?

I have inherited a Shumate razor. One side of the blade is stamped BUTLER. The other side is stamped GROUND IN SHEFFIELD. It has it's original box that shows that it originated in St Louis and if the owner sends 25 cents they will send him a razor pocket.Any information on this razor would be appriciated. Also, I am curious if these razors were issued to Canadian or British soldiers in WWI. Thanks for your help in advance.

The box is not original to the razor. George Butler was a maker of razors in Sheffield; I believe some of his blades say ART and some say Trinity works. I've had a couple of Butler razors - they are great shavers.
