    Question greaves & sons

I found a straight razor (of course) and it says Manufactured by W. Greaves & sons sheaf works. i found some other razors by them but none of it says "manufactured by" on it. just wondering if it was by b.j. eyre & company or just an imposter or what it is. thanks for the help.

B.J. Eyre purchased W. Greaves & Sons in 1850 and took over their operation. From 1850-1952 the razors say "B.J. Eyre late W. Greaves & Sons on the shank.
