Bengalls are some very nice shavers and very under rated as are Wosty Pipes. Some other nice ones are Frederick Reynolds, Joseph Allen & Sons NON-XLL, Imperial, Genco Gold Seal, John Williams Damascus (real sweet shavers if you can find one, I have three)
There are a lot of good vintage blades out there, a lot of guys prefer them to new ones......................

Normally, they're vintage for a good reason (not universally applicable but a good rule of thumb). Judge condition rather than name. This is a link to the wiki's good razor brand. The sentence, 'Most vintage razors that were forged in Germany, England, France, Sweden, Italy and the USA, are considered good blades', is true in my experience (never come across Italian or American yet, I live in hope). Perhaps Spanish should be added? No experience there either.
