Default Le Grelot vs Wacker 1/4 hollows

While the hype over the Le Grelot 1/4 grind may or may not be overblown, given the favorable press, I've been considering seeking one out for purchase. However, given the fact that the Le Grelot's are scarce and/or overpriced when they do surface, I was wondering if anyone's had experience with both the Le Grelot 1/4 hollow ground and the Wacker 6/8 Spanish Point 1/4 hollow ground (best silver steel) razors that are currently selling for between $200 and $250. Spec-wise, these look like they should be comparable, and I would guess that Mr. Wacker's quality is top-notch ... not to mention a nice-looking razor. The quality of the shave is the most important factor for me, and was wondering if anyone had an opinion. Thanks!

Haven't used a Le Grelot, but I will never part with my Wacker.

I haven't used a 1/4 hollow Wacker, but I have used a 1/4 grind Le Grelot and a full hollow Wacker!
Both are outstanding razors, and if the 1/4 Wacker shaves as nicely as my full hollow one, you'll love it.

I have the LeGrelot and it shaves great, I bet the Wacker does too. I have seen someone post a very positive review.

They both great, I have the 1/4 LeGrelot and the french point Wanker is next on the wish list, because I love that 1/4 hollow shave. I'd say save your pennies like I am and buy them both.
