Centralized scale manufacture?
I've noticed the the Dovo Bismarck, a Otto Bush, and a Revisor all have the same black w/pearl inlay scales. Is there a company in Germany that makes all of the scales and then sells them to manufacturers or are Wacker and Revisor sourcing their scales from Dovo?

Keep in mind most razor manufacturers basically did a little of the fabrication and kind of put it all together. They bought the blanks from blank makers and sent them out for heat treatment and bought the scales from scale makers. Probably a select few really did it all.
