    Default My Ed. Wüsthof score

So, I was lurking at 'Bay, like I regularly do, and I opened this one.
At first sight, anyone won't pay it much attention. Apparently it's one more of many French razors laying around the 'Bay, right? I mean, "Beronie" doesn't ring a bell, right?
Only in the detailed description I read that on the back of the shank it reads "Ed. Wüsthof" and I was "Hold it right there!".
I got her for 18.50 Euros.
It arrived yesterday in great condition, took her to the hones and shaved with her last night.

    WOW

    Ultra, super smooth.

I'm very pleased with this razor.

I picked one up the other day when I was hitting the junktique stores. I've heard a lot of good about these SR's and am looking forward to polishing it up, hitting the stones with it, & best of all, shaving with it!!

    Khaos,

You probably know this already, and I'm sure it doesn't really belong here, but your signature says you are looking for small, wedge, solingen blades. Revisor has a ton of 4/8 and 5/8 blades, mostly 1/4 or 1/2 hollow.

    Drew

PS: Stay away from the 5/8 with a french point. I call dibs.

Very nice find, congratulations. I didn't even know there was a Wüsthof razor.

I've yet to pick up a Wustoff but I need to be on the lookout for one. I love the blade profile on that one with the slight smile.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.
