Just thought i would share my sadness.My Gotta 120 slipped out of my hand. The blade is in about 10 pieces now. Will keep scales for a resoration i suppose.

Well from the sound of it, at least you've not hurt yourself. Falling razors can be very dangerous in addition to sad.
I dropped the first razor that I restored and rescaled (with help from JoeD on the restoration - the dropping was all my doing), but I've kept the razor and the piece that broke off (only one piece broke off the toe) for sentimental value and as a reminder to be careful.

Sad to hear about your razor.
Glad to hear no personal injury from "the incident" though. (Since I've moved past 50, I seem to use the word "incident" more & more. )

just turning 50 myself. was'nt shavin at the time of "incident" so only danger was to razor. One of my best. Will have to rely on the Dovo
