Thread: Who Made Antoni Tadross's Razors?

I have one Tadross razor and he imported them from Germany does anyone know who manufactured them or any other history?

Antoni Tadross was born in 1865, immigrated to the US from the Ottoman Empire, now known as Lebanon, in 1890 and settled in Brooklyn NY and quickly established himself. He started by building a number of homes and apartment buildings in the area, naming each one for one of his daughters. He had 8 children and was elected Sheriff of Bay Ridge Brooklyn in the early 1900's. He went on to become an importer of many items, including straight-edge razors and miniature prayer books encased in beautiful covers. He also imported rugs from the middle east. He quickly became a wealthy man, but an untimely death at the age of 52 caused his wife to start selling off all the families assets to help support the 8 children he left behind.
