    I keep them tang up in mugs, for safety. Blades do open sometimes and I don't want to grab an edge by accident.

    Default Tang Up

    It seems that from the data submitted thus far, "tang-up" is somewhat more preferred for safety reasons. This has been my opinion from the outset. If anyone else would like to contribute their tang-up or tang- down photos, please don't hesitate. Everybody likes to view photos on these threads.

    Hey, don't be shy...........Here's a razor I would display with the tang in any configuration. The best shaver I have....

    I particularly enjoyed Jimmy's photo of his razors in what appears to be an oak machinist's tool box. I have my dad's oak machinist's tool box where I keep my calligraphic equipment. Very nostalgic.
