    I, as a rule, do not oil the blades I use very frequently. I now use two razors in rotation and never oil them. Depends on the climate I guess ...

    You're not the only one. I use a hair dryer to make sure the blade is completely dry and then just put it away. The same hair dryer is used on my brush to get out most of the moisture. I only oil razors that I know I am not going to get to for a long time, like the projects in my to-do draw.
