    Default Hassam Brothers Boston

    I have a favorite razor about which I can very little information. It's a Hassam Brothers from Boston and the only reference I can find is for a surgical instrument and Bowie knife maker from the time of the Civil War (or "War between the States"). I can only assume this is from the same folks but I can find no reference related to razors. Photos are not so good.

    Hassam Brothers Boston, 1861 - 1872. The founder was Frederick Fitch Hassam. The company located in Boston.
    Nice old razor.
