Thumbs up RC Allman OCD razor - 7/8 Cocobolo

I've been meaning to post this one for a while, just haven't had time to take pics.

I'm finally the proud owner of an RC Allman - OCD razor from our very own Bob Allman.

The blade rocks big time. It's a 7/8 - 1/4 to 1/2 hollow, French point with a curved spine. Scales are cocobolo coated with CA and torx screws for easy tightening of the pivot pin.

The only change I did was mirror polish the blade.

For people who don't know Bob, he does some great work, has a heart of gold and is extremely humble.

What more can one ask for. I'm a happy camper.

Ive got RAD big time which in recent months I have started to control, my purchases have since been on the decline...Why do you have to do this to me! Let me be content with what I own!

Beautiful blade and scales. Interesting variation of a French point

I agree, it's actually more French meets Spanish point

Maybe Bob couldn't decide what point

    Default RC Allman Razor

    My dear Max,

That is a stunning razor. It takes a true artist to create such a masterpiece. I must admit to my ignorance: I was unaware of Mr. Allman until this moment. From here on his name I will remember. I do yours, of course, as I have seen many examples of your razor restoration.

What a great artistic combination: Mr. Allman and Max. Congratulations to you both.

    Regards,

    Obie
