Keep in mind it will need to be cleaned and sharpened before you can use it.
If I were you I would place an order with a reputable vendor for a clean, professionally sharpened blade insteadFind me on SRP's official chat in ##srp on Freenode. Link is at top of SRP's homepage

Buy it and send it out for honing after you receive it. Looks pretty good for the age and the price IMO.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

Pipe razors are some very good shavers. Cleaned up and honed it should last you a very long time.

Wear pattern looks at little strange by the heel of the blade, but for $25 who cares? Worth the risk. Buy it and give it to someone decent to clean and hone.

Daylight robbery, ignore anything positive you have heard regarding this razor.
Send me the link and I investigate it and warn others about this completely irrationally priced tool of morning torture once used by our ancestors that you wish to purchase. It is of no use to anyone for anything whatsoever. Mark my words.
