    Default Dubl-Duck Special No.1 Question

I just received My Ebay win.

I have a question as far as the point. It's a straight and in perfect condition but the end of the blade at the point is not finished /polished. It looks like it may have been a round point that was cut down to a straight.

Did Dubl Duck finish their razors or leave the ends not polished.

It looks great, just curious to know.

I haven't seen them all but any dd Special # 1 I've ever seen or owned has been a square point. How long is the cutting edge from heel to point ?
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

i've only seen square points too.
and all the ones with the factory finish have had it good and uniform, although pits, or stray bluing don't seem too uncomon.
