    Default My Great Grand Father's razor

    Here's what my uncle gave me for christmas!
    I don't know if it's salvageable, but it would be wicked if I could restore it and keep it in the family. What do you guys think? I have no experience restoring razors though

    That's a beauty. I don't see why it couldn't be restored to great shape, unless there are defects not shown in these pictures.

    I think it would be pretty cool to shave with the same razor my great grand dad used in the late 1800s early 1900s

    that should clean up great and should make a great shaver...look in the forums for restorations and honing and feel free to ask questions.. it will be great to shave with that razor handed down to you and brought back to shape by you
