Thanked: 1371Got some great buys today!
I know we're not supposed to discuss price, though I am not sure why...
So I won't say what I paid for any of these (but most of them were next to nothing)...
Picked up:
G. Westernholm & Son Sheffield IXL (5/8 muted square point, barber notch)
Crown & Sword Extra Hollow Ground (5/8 round point)
Boker "Good as Gold" with some neat scrollwork on the scales (5/8 square point)
Wade & Butcher "Special" (5/8 square point)
Oxford Razor "Warranted" (6/8 square point)
IF CREIOT(?) P.Hosptal&Cie Thiers-France (6/8 round point)
All are in need of some restoration work, but I'm looking forward to getting them cleaned up and into shave ready condition.
Any information about the last two would be much appreciated.

Good score! Were they from local shops? Pics would be nice. Until then I'll hold back on the drool.

Thanked: 1371They were all from antique stores. I think I have every antique store in three counties looking for razors now. I suppose the prices will start to go up though...
I will see if I can get some pre-restoration pics tomorrow night.

Thanked: 326Congrats on finds mate! I've always been fancy for Wade and his Butcher. They're hard to come by and it's nuts on auction. Post up when you can!

Thanked: 1371So I got clarification about discussing price... We can say what we paid for a razor, just not do appraisals.
So... The average price paid for all of these was $12.
Some of them are going to be pretty ambitious restores.
I did already clean up and polish the Boker. It looked a lot worse when I got it.
