Default Are these worth restoring....and if so...where/who?

I received the following razors from a family member and think it would be nice to use them if it is reasonable to do so. Any info you can provide would be greatly appreciated. If one or more is worth restoration, suggestions as to qualified individuals would be helpful. Even if they turn out to be just "lookers" Im glad I have them. Thanks.

Razor 1: Royal. 7/8 inch blade. Manufactured by Wade & Butcher, Sheffield. Some rust spots, larges is 3/8 inch diameter. No nicks. Black Handle.

Razor 2: Sickels & Preston, & Nutting, Davenport, IA. 1/2 blade. Made in Germany. Tannish/caramel handle with aligator No damage to blade.

    Thanks!
