    Default Gold Medal

a while back I bought a Gold Medal razor (made in china ) really cheap at a flea market. The blade is really heavy. It is new but when I got it home I found that the scales were poorly made when I inspected it. I put it away and today started to put scales on it. Man that thing is hard. I used a diamond bit in a dremmel to open up the pivot hole to 3/16. Took me a while. I think it is going to be a good blade as hard as it is. Anyone have any experience with one of these.?
