    Default dancing twins

Finally found ny way to the local antiques store. Got a dancing twin, marked soligen germany for $17. Blade is approx 1/2" wide(ground to death?) will try to add some pictures later. Also picked up a nice fatboy for $4. Saw another str8 that looked like it had been savaged by someone with a grinder.

Anybody ever heard of Geo W Corn(yet another one they had)?

Also, know anything about carbobundum(sp?) pocket hones. approx 1/2" by 2"

Dancing Twins is Henckels. Can't go by blade width alone, some razors are simply made smaller than others. A Fatboy for $4 is a great deal; for some reason, people will pay a lot for those. Never used one myself, but I'd assume they are good shavers.

Korn razors are great shavers. Carborundum made lots of hones, would need to see pics to see whether or not yours is suitable for straights and at what level it might fit in.

Not necessarily, may have been a 4/8 from the factory. Is there a lot of hone wear?
