I leave them alone. If you are looking for something inexpensive, then look up gold dollar razors or double arrow razors, or better yet, look in the classifieds here. I would scared of these two because they look pakistani and the steel quality might be poor.

The double arrow and gold dollar are said to be good shavers but alot of them have quality issues like unstraight spines and such so make sure you get one from a respectable vendor that is known like ken at Ruprazor.com so you know it will come in good condition and shave ready

but yes as was suggested if you want a good deal check out the classifieds

Also please check out the beginners guide in the WIKI and read the list of razors to avoid!

Almost all razors that are priced as low as the ones you linked to are junk so it was good you asked before you picked one up. Good luck!

Gold dollar and double arrow are cheap chinese blades that can be made useful if honed by some one experienced with them, sometimes they need to be altered. Safest bet for a good blade is here in the classifieds. If you are truly interested in the chinese blades I believe SRP member Kenrup buys these, sorts thru them and makes them workable.
It is easier to fool people than to convince them they have been fooled. Twain
