    Default Which Should I Purchase?

Which of the following two 6/8" vintage NOS razors should I purchase--if at all? I am familiar with the Otto Busch "Pirola," but I am unfamiliar with the Wilhem Noel Amore. How do they compare quality-wise?

Your feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I presume they are from Shavingshop.com. The vendor is a member here. AFAIK he sells good stuff. Otto Busch is a good brand. I have seen Amore razors before but can't tell you how they are. I have tried neither.

The blades look quite similar so it's hard to decide on which one. I think I would go for the Amore becaus of the colour of the scales and, well, the name.

Shave and "Steel wise" who knows until you get them on the hones and the face..
Now "Scales wise" the black Solingen scales are not necessarily the factory scales for that razor, they may be, they may not, it is questionable..
The Amor has matching scales for sure, therefore in my eyes it has the great collector value...
